13th October 2017
American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas
Burnout kicks off to a video from UWF Adrenaline last night. We see Natalie Chase attack a UWF commentator to 'join forces' with her former broadcast colleague, Tony Stein.
Jonny DeBroux: Welcome to Friday Night Burnout! I may still be a newcomer here but it seems my partner is the one being replaced! As we just saw, Natalie Chase essentially turned her back on the company to join Tony Stein in the Network, resulting in her suspension from the company. So please welcome my new broadcast colleague, Miss Renee Taylor!
Renee Taylor: I'm excited for the promotion here so I'll do my absolute best!
Jonny DeBroux: We hear there is also a replacement backstage interviewer lined up in your place and we'll find out who that is later in the night!
Renee Taylor: But for now, we're kicking things off with tag action!
Show Opener; Tag Team Match; Non-Title: Women's Tag Team Champions Vixens of Tomorrow (Avery Knight & Haruna Sakazaki) vs. The Network (Trina Yates & Amy Wright)
- Yates and Amy dominate at the start of the match, with the two taking Haruna down with a series of power moves.
- Soon, Haruna fights back and nails Amy with a DDT before tagging in Avery.
- Amy Wright knocks Haruna off of the ring apron but Avery then tips Amy over the top rope as well.
- Yates goes in for the kill but Avery is able to break out of it and roll Yates up to steal the win!
(Winners - Avery Knight & Haruna Sakazaki)
Jonny DeBroux: Big win for the champs!
Renee Taylor: That was impressive from the Women's Tag Team Champions!
The cameras focus on the entrance way where we see an angry Braden Mann storm out from the back carrying his UWF Grand Prix Championship belt
Renee Taylor: I don’t have Braden scheduled to even be here tonight.
Braden rolls in the ring and takes a microphone
“The” Braden Mann: Those of you that saw Adrenaline in UWF last night knows that Duane Jordan, Isaac Carter and Alexander Shaw jumped me and my tag team partner, Ben which resulted in Ben losing the UFWA Ultra Violence title to Jordan and though Jordan got taken out by Big Sal and pinned by Dom Knight as far as I’m concerned we still have unfinished business
Renee Taylor: Dom Knight is the reigning UFWA Ultra Violence Champion folks
“The” Braden Mann: Now because of that attack Ben isn’t here tonight but Shaw, Carter, he will be ready for UWF ShockWave and he, along with me, are coming for the UFWA Tag Team titles. Kirsten, sorry if that was a booking spoiler but you can fine me later, I just needed to let them boys know that those titles are ours come ShockWave
Jonny DeBroux: UFWA Tag Team title match at ShockWave!
“The” Braden Mann: With those two being dealt with at ShockWave that leaves Duane Jordan to be dealt with tonight. Duane, I’m calling your ass out. You want a title so bad huh?
Braden holds up his Grand Prix title belt
“The” Braden Mann: Then come get mine
Mann tosses the title down along with the mic and starts to pace
Renee Taylor: Braden calling out Duane Jordan!
The Network’s music hits, Jordan storms down the aisle
Jonny DeBroux: I guess it’s on!
Jordan hits the ring, the bell sounds
UWF Grand Prix Championship Match: “The” Braden Mann © vs. Duane Jordan
- Braden and Jordan trade heavy shots off the bell
- Mann gets control of the match with a vicious trash can lid shot to the head for a two
- “Big” Sal and Taizo Izumi both get involved, they take out Jordan before focusing on Mann
- Romeo Matthias hits the ring and tries to steal a pin on Mann but Taizo stops it
- Donnie and Paulie also get involved, everyone trying to steal pins on Braden
- Akio Izumi also gets involved, he goes after Taizo by blasting him with a chair
- A hurting Mann tries to escape with the title up the aisle but is speared by Trent Mason, the belt gets driven in to the ribs of Mann
- Mason gets the three on Mann
(Winner and NEW UWF Grand Prix Champion – Trent Mason)
UFWA Ultra Violence Champion runs out and looks at Mason who hops in to the front row, Knight as a referee with him
Jonny DeBroux: Knight may be after both titles here!
Taizo and Sal regroup in the ring as Dom opts to check on Braden instead. Donnie and Paulie trash talk The Izumi’s from across the ring as Akio helps up Matthias on the floor
Renee Taylor: We got people pairing off here
The Izumi’s, The Thugs, Mann and Dom as well as Romeo and Akio all stare each other out as Mason remains in the crowd clutching the UWF Grand Prix title
Jonny DeBroux: Chaos here tonight!
We hear the music of Kirsten hit, she walks out alongside UWF General Manager Eddie Kassidy. Both have mics
Kirsten: Settle down, settle down, before anyone thinks of grabbing a referee, don’t bother
Eddie Kassidy: Yeah because there’s really no need. Oh, hi, Eddie Kassidy, some of you know me, handling some business for Linc while he has his mind on other things but yes, no need to grab referees because Kirsten here will tell you why
Kirsten: Thanks Eddie, you’re right, I’ll tell them why. Because as of this moment the twenty four seven ruling on both the UFWA Ultra Violence title and the UWF Grand Prix title is suspended.
Renee Taylor: What? Why?
Kirsten: And there is a reason for that and that reason is this. At UWF’s ShockWave event there’s gonna be two matches, one for the UFWA Ultra Violence title, one for the UWF Grand Prix title, both matches will have multiple participants and both matches will have a ten minute time limit. During that time limit there can be as many title changes as can happen but once that time limit expires whoever is champion leaves with the title. Which ever two men leave with those respective titles won’t have to worry about the twenty four seven ruling until a week later at UFWA’s Pay Per View Festival Of Violence when both twenty four seven rules will be reactivated
Eddie Kassidy: Now we ain’t gonna tell you just yet how many are in this match or which title people will be competing for because, well, none of us know yet but what we can tell you is that with the exception of Braden who’s busy
Eddie points to everyone in and around the ring
Eddie Kassidy: Ya all will all be involved
Kirsten’s music hits, everyone in and around the ring have a stare down, Mason remains in the crowd clutching his title
Tag Team Match; Non-Title: Stables Champions The Diamond Alliance (Zayne Pierce & April Morales) vs. The Asylum (Logan Frost & Audra)
Jonny DeBroux: The Stables Champions are on a roll right now but can the Asylum take them down?
Renee Taylor: This is going to be huge, that's for sure.
- Pierce gains control early with a huge series of power moves on Frost until Frost fights back with a Neckbreaker.
- Frost brings in Audra and both work on Pierce with a few double team moves.
- Soon, April is tagged in and the two square off, with April gaining control at first.
- Frost breaks Pierce in half with the Frost Bite at the same time, April is hit with the Darkness from Audra, who pins her for the victory.
(Winners - Logan Frost & Audra)
Jonny DeBroux: The Asylum did it!
Renee Taylor: They beat the champs! That could earn them another shot!
We see Rae Bronwyn backstage, who looks enthusiastic to be there as she clutches a microphone.
Rae Bronwyn: Sooooo, with Renee Taylor being promoted to commentator, there was a space for a new backstage interviewer. Thankfully, that's me!
She practically shrieked.
Rae Bronwyn: Everybody knows just how desperate I was to be a part of this company and with all the setbacks, it seemed impossible! But I made it and I've been officially hired as the new backstage interviewer of Burnout! So if anybody has anything to say, I'm the woman with the microphone. Find me!
Rae was still incredibly happy to be there as scene walked off.
Trios Match: UFWA Tag Team Champions The Network (Alexander Shaw & Isaac Carter; accompanied by Duane Jordan) vs. G.B.H (Vandal & Hadley; accompanied by Dallas)
Jonny DeBroux: Amazing tag action up next!
Renee Taylor: Two amazing teams in The Network and T.B.H squaring off!
- Carter and Shaw work together at the start of the match but it’s not long until Vandal fights back with a DDT to Carter and a Backbreaker to Shaw.
- Vandal brings in Hadley, who hits Carter with a devastating lariat.
- With Hadley and Vandal in control, we then see one of the current Trios Champions Kameron Ryder storm down to the ring and attack Dallas at ringside.
- Thanks to this distraction, Hadley is met with the Dance Off from Carter for the champs to steal the win.
(Winners - Alexander Shaw & Isaac Carter)
Jonny DeBroux: The champs with the win!
Renee Taylor: Yeah, thanks to Kameron Ryder attacking Dallas! That personal rivalry continues!
Ryder is eventually pulled off of Dallas by Vandal and Hadley as he returns backstage, just continuing to stare at Dallas.
The cameras cut to the entrance way, we see Gustav Wolfe come out from behind the curtain, behind him are “The Spanish Superman” Ramon Reyes and “The French Phenomenon” Pierre Renaud, Reyes and Renaud both are carrying title belts
Renee Taylor: What are The Wolfe Pack doing out here?
Gustav is first to get in the ring, Renaud and Reyes both follow, all three look a little pissed
Renee Taylor: For those that don’t know Pierre Renaud and Ramon Reyes won the Elite Pro Tag Team titles earlier this week
Gustav snatches the microphone from the ring announcer
Gustav Wolfe: For those of you that missed it my boys Pierre and Reyes defeated Fabien Washington and Brandi Kay for the Elite Pro Tag Team titles this past week, proving once again that they are the best Frenchman and Spaniard in the business
Jonny DeBroux: It was a huge win for them, no question
Gustav Wolfe: And yet they can’t get a spot on either UFWA or UWF? Yes, The Wolfe Pack were unsuccessful at Combat’s Takedown show but that should not mean that we are not booked next week, yes, Pierre failed to capture the UWF European Champion on Overload! but that doesn’t mean he should be left off Uncensored and even worse, ShockWave. So if Adam, Kirsten, Jace, Linc, Adira and Kassidy want to try to keep us down then we do what we can to make our way back up and if that means we appear on shows we’re not supposed to be on to talk about other companies Pay Per Views then so be it…
Jonny DeBroux: This should be good…
Gustav Wolfe: So all authorities listen up, as has already been stated all Promotions in The Alliance of Federations have an agreement that Championships can be defended on any show at any time in any promotion at any time so we’re about to mindfuck you all because we are here on UFWA Burnout as Elite Pro Tag Team Champions to make a challenge for UWF ShockWave…
Renee Taylor: Okay then…
Gustav Wolfe: And this is the challenge, UWF ShockWave just like Festival of Violence is an interactive Pay Per View which means the fans get their say. Well, I want my say and I say that UWF takes a bunch of people and puts them in a poll and which ever two stars get the most votes face my boys Pierre and Reyes for The Elite Pro Tag Team Championships
Jonny DeBroux: That’s actually a pretty cool idea
Gustav Wolfe: Put as many names as you want in that poll, it doesn’t matter to us because when it’s all over my boys will still have the Elite Pro Tag Team Championships around their waists
Reyes and Pierre hold up the titles as Burnout cuts to commercial break
Tag Team Match: The Hart Twins (Perrie Hart & Sammie Hart) vs. Lara Willis & Elena O'Neil
Jonny DeBroux: We saw the Harts shockingly join the Deck earlier this week on Anarchy.
Renee Taylor: They made plenty of enemies in the process, can they prove themselves here?
- Elena attempts to get a few shots in on Sammie but Sammie fights back with a running bulldog.
- Sammie tags in Perrie and the two nail Elena with a Double Suplex before she tags in Lara.
- Soon, Perrie nails Lara with the Hart Buster to pick up the win.
(Winners - Perrie Hart & Sammie Hart)
Following the match, T.M.I’s Teagan Cavenagh & Melissa appear on the stage to stare the two down.
Jonny DeBroux: Huge win for the Harts and well, T.M.I. are just some of those enemies you spoke of!
Renee Taylor: These two teams will no doubt get their hands on each other soon!
We see Hannah Everly backstage not looking too happy right now.
Hannah Everly: So, first of all, I ensure that we don't see Rae Bronwyn in this company and suddenly, I see her here earlier as the new interviewer? Disgusting and I'll make sure my efforts weren't in vain so don't get used to seeing her around here...
She said with a roll of her eyes.
Hannah Everly: Anyway, my main point for being here tonight was to discuss Festival of Violence. It's little over two weeks away so I want to start building up our women of this company to participate in the always amazing Women's Vote Fourway match. We're hand-selecting plenty of women who we feel deserve an opportunity to be the viewer's vote options. The four with the most votes will face off and the winner will ultimately face off against Spring for the Women's Championship. So our next match tonight is going to feature four of those women and the winner will no doubt get some valuable momentum...
Hannah turned her back on the camera and walked away.
Fatal Fourway Match: Tabitha Milbourne vs. Ashley Jak vs. Fyre vs. Aerin
Jonny DeBroux: We just heard that the annual Women's Vote Fatal Fourway will be back at Festival of Violence.
Renee Taylor: And these four women will all be part of the voting options!
Jonny DeBroux: Given my youngest daughter is in this one, I'll have to be biased.
- It’s an all out brawl at the start of the match but it’s Tabitha Milbourne who gains control at the start of the match.
- Tabitha looks to put Ashley away but Aerin fights back with a Suplex. Aerin goes in for the kill but Fyre is in and throws Ashley out of the ring.
- Fyre connects with the Red Hot on Aerin and covers to pick up the victory.
(Winner - Fyre)
Jonny DeBroux: Not a win for Ashley but she still did well, as did all of the ladies.
Renee Taylor: And it's Fyre with the win. That could put her in a great position.
We see Kirsten and Hannah Everly in their office backstage.
Kirsten: What the hell was that?
Hannah Everly: What? You told me to make that announcement.
Kirsten: Yes I did, but I didn't ask you to start trashing our new interviewer. Rae is a good kid and she's passionate. She the perfect fit for the role so I don't know what your issue is with her.
Hannah shrugged her shoulders.
Hannah Everly: I just don't like her...
Kirsten: Well, get to like her because she's staying. And if you can't be professional, maybe I'll have to discipline you as well, like I did by suspending Natalie Chase...
Kirsten and Hannah stared at each other briefly before Kirsten walked out of the room.
X-Division Championship Fatal Fourway Match: Freddie Grayson (c) vs. Cassian vs. Chiyo Rei vs. Romeo Matthias
Jonny DeBroux: X-Division gold on the line next!
Renee Taylor: Freddie Grayson defends against Cassian, Rei and Matthias!
- Grayson kicks off the match with several hard shots on Cassian before taking him down with a Pumphandle Neckbreaker.
- Grayson is then taken out with a Flip DDT from Matthias. Matthias is then takenout with a series of kicks from Rei.
- Grayson is wiped out at ringside by Matthias but Matthias is then taken out by the Beauty Boys.
- This allows Cassian to go in for the kill on Rei with the Absolutely Fabulous to pick up the victory!
(Winner & NEW X-Division Champion - Cassian)
Jonny DeBroux: We've got a new champion! Cassian stole it!
Renee Taylor: What a match!
Cassian then grabs a microphone and lays himself on the Beauty Boys, who were on all fours in the ring to create a seat for him.
Cassian: Well, wasn't this a result? I am now not only UWF Canadian Champion but also UFWA X-Division Champion. That's a championship that each of my Boys can hold for me now.
Cassian: It was about time I was taken seriously around here again and what a way to do it. I have no issues in destroying the X-Division one by one. This was just the starts so tonight, Cassian reigns supreme... that same success is about to continue.
Cassian smirked as the crowd heavily booed. He then grabbed the X-Division Championship belt and left.
Main Event; Tag Team Match: The Fallen Brothers (World Heavyweight Champion Levi Flynn & Bradley Reid) vs. The Brotherhood (Oliver Orozco & Jax)
Jonny DeBroux: Main event time and with my amazing, incomparable son Levi in this, I am going to be biased.
Renee Taylor: Well, I'll start getting used to that!
- Reid kicks off the match with a series of shots to Orozco, followed by a Tornado DDT.
- Orozco soon fights back, taking Reid down with a huge neckbreaker and then an enzuigiri before bringing in Jax.
- Jax remains in control, using power to his advantage. Reid is able to tag in Flynn but Jax remains in control.
- We see someone hop the guard rail and take out Orozco at ringside with a huge lariat.
- Thanks to this distraction, Flynn nails Jax with the Nothing Personal.
(Winners - Levi Flynn & Bradley Reid)
Jonny DeBroux: Of course, Levi picks up the amazing victory there!
Renee Taylor: Well, that was through help of course!
The mystery individual holds up the hands of Flynn and Reid as they celebrate that victory. Soon, Flynn grabs a microphone.
Levi Flynn: Of course, this man is someone that the real fan would recognize. The Fallen Brothers starts as a duo here in UFWA but in UWF, we're a Trios team. This man, right here, is our third member and this is his official debut in this company!
Bradley Reid: He's a very welcome member of the team and if you thought we were dominant before, you haven't seen anything yet. So welcome, Cody Jameson.
Cody then took the microphone.
Cody Jameson: It's true... it's taken me a while to make my way into the UFWA but it doesn't matter. I've had a very successful career in UWF as a team so we're finally bringing that here. So to everybody who doubts us, including the Brotherhood we just took down, we're going to hurt all of you and once again, be the top team around here.
The Fallen Brothers celebrate in the ring as the crowd boo... minus Jonny DeBroux, who is applauding.
